This notice explains the information collected by our service request and equipment order forms, and how payment works.
What our forms collect
Service requests collect your name, phone number, optional email, service address, service type, property type, preferred date and time, urgency, and any notes you provide. Equipment orders collect your name, phone number, email when needed for a payment link, billing or delivery address, equipment models, quantities, installation preference, and payment preference. Please include only information needed for your request.
How your information is used
Air Control HVAC LLC uses these details to review your needs, contact you, confirm equipment availability and pricing, issue your invoice, coordinate pickup, delivery or installation, and manage your request. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment, reserve equipment, or make a payment. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Card payment through the bank
Our website does not collect or store card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes. If you choose a credit-card payment link, our team sends a bank-issued invoice and payment link after reviewing your order. Open the link on your own phone or computer and pay directly on the bank’s payment page, under that provider’s privacy and payment terms. You do not give Air Control your card information. Do not send card details to us by email, text, or in a form. Call 586-306-5029 if you want to confirm an invoice or payment link before paying.
Review your total before payment
Your equipment cart shows item prices, the 10% discount for qualifying Furnace + Cased Coil + Condenser Unit packages, Michigan sales tax of 6%, and any estimated credit-card processing fee of 3%. Zelle has no added processing fee. Debit and prepaid cards are excluded from the credit-card fee. Labor, installation materials and delivery are quoted separately. Availability, applicable charges and your final invoice are confirmed before payment.
Access and form protection
Request and order details are available through a restricted owner page. Our forms use security and abuse-prevention checks, including a hashed network identifier and limits on repeated submissions. Your browser stores equipment model numbers and quantities so your cart remains available when you return.
Questions, corrections or deletion requests
To correct information, cancel a request, or request deletion of your submitted details, contact Air Control at 586-306-5029 or alzand74@gmail.com. Include your request or order reference if available.
